



Comcast – Small Business Lead Nurturing
Comcast needed a better way to warm-up small business prospects for an upcoming call from a Comcast Small Business Pro.

We felt we could move the needle with more relevant messaging. So, we dug into their database and developed various targeted business sectors that were split between retail and service industries.
​
We then communicated the business benefits of Comcast's new WiFi Pro service differently for the retail vs service industry audiences. In addition, animated gifs were used to provide more relevant imagery to the various audience segments. We also employed geo-targeting to further personalize our messaging with regional stats and information.
Comcast was very happy.
