









State Farm – GrowthKit Digital Marketing
Recently, I helped lead a multi-office initiative dedicated to the naming, branding and marketing of an internal digital agency within State Farm Insurance.

The purpose was to provide a resource for State Farm's 19,000+ independent agents who need advice and guidance in all things related to digital marketing.
​
I oversaw much of the branding work, including the GrowthKit name, voice and manifesto. I collaborated with our web dev experts in our LA office as they developed logo designs, built the website and established the base style guide.
​
Meanwhile, my teams in Troy worked on three distinct GrowthKit work streams:
Agent Acquisition -- email & video
Agent2Consumer -- web & social content
GrowthKit Coaching -- a detailed educational playbook.
